As per Proclamation No. 1056, Series of 2020, December 04 is declared a Special Non-Working Day in the Province of Cebu, as well as in the Highly Urbanized Cities of Cebu, Lapu-Lapu, and Mandaue, in celebration of the birth anniversary of Governor Sergio Osmeña, Jr.
As per Republic Act. No. 10966, December 08 is declared a Special Non-Working Holiday in observance of the Feast of the Immaculate Conception of Mary.
As per Proclamation No. 845, Series of 2019, the following regular holidays and special days shall be observed:
December 24 is declared a Special Non-Working Holiday in observance of Christmas Eve.
December 25 is declared a Regular Non-Working Holiday in celebration of Christmas Day.
December 30 is declared a Regular Non-Working Holiday in observance of Jose Rizal Day.
December 31 is declared a Special Non-Working Holiday in observance of the last day of the year or New Year's Eve.
